After receiving confirmation and instructions to go pick our truck at that location... and driving 4 hrs to pick the truck, we were told to "FORGET IT, not today" while arriving as the responsable was on VACATIONS. WTF !!! Took around an hour to finaly get the truck. Worst experience with uHaul we had. Not the fault of the gaz station clerck... however "Forget it" is NOT a correct answer and a welcome client service. If a pick up / drop point is CLOSED for vacations, we don't understand WHY the dispatcher center send people there ?!?!? Will take a long time to do business again with uHaul

Disons que l'organisation de cet endroit n'est pas leur point fort. Je suis arrivé en avance rien n'était prêt. Il n'y avait personne sur place pour m'aider. Ca s'est fait par téléphone. Avec plusieurs appels... Néanmoins, l'équipement était parfait et la retour de celui-ci facile.
Erick DTo be simple, it was a disaster. It took 30 minutes in the phone to start the process, no instructions, we got an American truck so the speed is in Miles, the check engine was "ON", the truck leaked oil on our two driveway, the gas tank was half full when I took it, a very metallic noise was indicating that something is clearly wrong with the truck and it took a lot of gas. Bottom line, I would absolutely never go back to that location and I even think a refund should be done for safety issues with the truck.
