Je suis vraiment choqué! Le dépositaire m’as chargé incorrectement des frais de $252$ de frais de retour ! J’ai du payer 22$ pour un fil de branchement car celui avec la remorque ne fonctionnait pas ! La personne était agressive et la remorque en mauvaise état ! Je demande un remboursement des frais de retour immédiatement! Il a presque fallu que j’appelle les autorité policière pour retourner la remorque

Matthieu RUne lumière arrière gauche de la remorque ne fonctionnait pas. Location un vendredi et retour le même jour... J ai reçu un appel le lundi de U haul pour me demander si j avais la remorque . J ai appelé a 4 reprises pour avoir des nouvelles. Jamais personne a retourné mon appel , pour m informé si la remorque avait disparu...
