Charge for extra miles when I was not told about there being limited miles! Also the truck suspension was crap I was getting bounced all over the place from the smallest of bumps!

The chat feature didn’t work so I assumed something was wrong with the app. The location was closed so I called Uhaul customer service and was immediately transferred to a line where I was placed on hold for “10-15 minutes” which ended up being well over 15 minutes. It was very stressful. If awaiting approval is going to take the long there should be something in the app that indicates progress or ETA. Really poor app. If I had not had to pay first, I would have left without getting the truck and went somewhere else

ashley sMy reservation was moved to this location because of changing equipment availability. The location was not manned which required me to utilize the U-Haul app. Checking out the truck took over 20 minutes as opposed to the usual 5-10 minutes with a manned location. I returned the vehicle with exactly the amount of fuel that I had when checking out. Before checking out, the gas gauge read 11/16 and 224 miles to empty. I added gas (5 gallons) to the truck before returning it and the gauge again read 11/16 and the exact same 224 miles to empty. I was charged $9.35 for 2 gallons of fuel. If this location had been manned, I could have proven that I returned it with the same amount of fuel. I will not rent from U-Haul in the future unless the location is manned at both check out and return.

I put a deposit on a uhaul truck, went to pick it up at the scheduled location I selected just to find out it is a different location, then drove to the other location to find out I was never assigned/confirmed to my original selected location. Had to wait until the scheduling uhaul reps were open at 7am to even get it resolved. More issues occurred before even getting my truck before my movers came at 8am that day.

Walberto RDisaster! When I went to pick the truck up, nothing about the self checkout worked. I finally got someone on the phone to help...after waiting on hold for over 20 mins with Uhaul's 800 number. He clearly did not like being bothered on a Saturday morning. He was able to find my reservation and get me going. HOWEVER, in the process he added a "cleaning fee" and a "safe mover fee" to the reservation without discussing with me first. We only moved a short distance so I would not have agreed to either. Also, the place you have to park the truck at this location is in the dirt/mud. Since it rained the night before, it was all muddy. I reached out to Uhaul customer service to explain all of this. I was told too bad, charges stay since they were "attached directly to rental during check in." I explained again the issues with Check In and that none of this was explained to me. But, no further response from "customer service." I will never rent from Uhaul again. We have kids in college, but will find an alternative from now on.

Christian NI was charged for cleaning the cab. I sure didn't see that coming. They claimed there was so much work to get it ready for the next rental because of dog hair. I had no contact with a dog before, during, or after the trip. I think I would have noticed if there was dog hair.
Cheryl CWorst experience ever. The local dealer first of all is the rudest person I have ever done business with. I’m not sure how no one has ever knocked him out behind that desk he hides behind. The tires on our truck were retread tires and shredded on the highway. Very dangerous and this idiot clown here did not care at all and told us to leave and he doesn’t care about any of this bc he doesn’t work with Uhaul nor For Uhaul. I have a big mouth and know a lot of people so I won’t let up until he is out of business. Good luck with that clown representing your brand. He makes you all look like a complete joke with piece of shit trucks that you can’t fix within a day bc your dispatch is also a bunch of uneducated idiots. Fuck all of y’all.

ROBERTO BMy scheduled pickup time was 1pm. I arrived at 1:08pm and the ONLY person “the boss” that could process my rental was out to lunch. He arrived back around 1:25pm. Then, the system wasn’t working properly or was just very slow. I checked in online days before, only thing needed was payment. Just getting the key was another 10-15 min. Not a pleasant experience.

Joseph SThere was a wall art decor left in the Van, snug against the side. I returned the Van with the wall art decor on the bed of the VAN in hopes it's not missed and returned to the owner. Hopefully they called and left message at the location's office. The cab had dirt, mud on the steps and dirty. I returned it cleaner in the cab than I received. it.

Hariam GParking is pain at this location. The truck AC wasn't working right AFTER we loaded the entire truck. Uhaul nor the dealer did anything to compensate for the poorly maintained truck. Would not use this location again or recommend it.
Shyh JThe truck we picked up was very noisy, though clean. When we dropped it off, the staff thought the catalytic converter was either missing or disconnected. Made for a long five hour drive!
Brent FI was charged $7.00 for a green tag on the dolly that was not in the truck in the first. When I spoke to the receptionist he laughs and tells me “it’s just $7.00”. He was being arrogant and sarcastic which made me mad. I do t see why I haul charges me for a stag that wasn’t there in the first place. I don’t see why I should recommend anyone to this location if you get charged for something that is not there.
