Keep the interior of the truck cleaner. Fix your app and website speeds. They took way too long to upload pictures.
Christian N.I was charged for cleaning the cab. I sure didn't see that coming. They claimed there was so much work to get it ready for the next rental because of dog hair. I had no contact with a dog before, during, or after the trip. I think I would have noticed if there was dog hair.
Cheryl C.Worst experience ever. The local dealer first of all is the rudest person I have ever done business with. I'm not sure how no one has ever knocked him out behind that desk he hides behind. The tires on our truck were retread tires and shredded on the highway. Very dangerous and this idiot clown here did not care at all and told us to leave and he doesn't care about any of this bc he doesn't work with Uhaul nor For Uhaul. I have a big mouth and know a lot of people so I won't let up until he is out of business. Good luck with that clown representing your brand. He makes you all look like a complete joke with piece of shit trucks that you can't fix within a day bc your dispatch is also a bunch of uneducated idiots. Fuck all of y'all.
