Reservation for 8am, owner (he rents U-Haul out of an auto repair shop) didn’t show up until 9:30, putting me way behind schedule. No apology, no good morning, just a grouch. Appointment to return at 4pm, he wasn’t there again. One man show, nobody in automotive shop can help. He shows up at 4:30. No thank you or anything.

Ivan, is a great guy. Very welcoming and the accommodation was to the T. The shop/establishment is immaculate. Solid energy. Trucks are fueled up nicely. Paperwork/walkthrough were fast and easy so I could get on my way. 11 time out of 9 would go back/recommend others to utilize this location.

Darlene LOrdered the pick up for 8AM because the location opened at 8AM. Employee didn't show up until 8:45AM. When I called about no one being at the location, I was told that they opened at 9AM.
ALEXANDER BFill fuel tank - out at 5/16, added 3 gal for 49.5 miles at gas station, still charged for another 3 gal at inflated rate due to inability for check-in attendant to review receipt and tell difference on gauge.
