Nothing to do with Full Throttle Transport, they were great. The problem I had was with the way you schedule trucks at different locations. When I went online it showed there was a 10ft. truck available at Southbridge location, so I booked it. Then I get a call saying no truck the size I needed was available there. OK, fine so they have one 6 miles away in Dudley. Ok person told me all set, truck will be there all reserved. I get a call the day before the move telling me truck not available there and I had to go to Webster 9miles away. I told them NO, no more run around. They offered a bigger truck deal but I told them I needed a smaller truck. Then I'm told there was a one way truck I could use that one. OK, so the day of the move I go to Dudley and told them about the whole online hassle and they told me the truck had been booked by me the week before. So not sure why I got the call saying no truck in Dudley. Fix online scheduling, showing only what is available at each location and make sure customer has it the day they need it
