The only problem I had was I didn't get the text on how to return until after I had returned it so I had parked, locked and turned in the key before I had pictures. I was just told to fill with gas and put key in drop box because it was after hours.Ann H.

When I called the day before the older man was rude on the phone and said "I don't turn on the U-Haul computer until 9:30am. It was 9:15am. When we arrived the next day, he was again rude, dismissive and told me since I chose 24/7 he had "nothing to do with it". I chose 24/7 because he told me the day before he doesn't do U-Haul work before 9:30 and we were scheduled for a 9:00am pickup. He told me the keys are in the back of the truck. I asked how to get the keys and he told me he had nothing to do with it I would need to figure it out online. My husband called the other Brigham City U-Haul location to see if they could help. Alan with Brigham Distributing not only spoke to my husband over the phone, he drove to where we were and spent 30 minutes helping us. This is a location with poor cell signal so trying to download the U-Haul app and call the U-Haul 1-800 number proved difficult. Alan, with Brigham Distributing, was fantastic, helpful and professional. U-Haul needs to be aware that Alan went above and beyond to help us when the man at Funshine Sports was of no help. When we got into the truck, it was dirty on the inside, potato chips and sunflower seed shells in the cup holder. The driver's side mirror was very loose so every time my husband had to change lanes he had to crank the window down by hand and reach out and move the mirror to see if he could change lanes. It was scary and felt unsafe. We were traveling 16 hours on the highway so this was unacceptable to say the least. I have to believe U-Haul would expect their locations to provide better, cleaner equipment for their customers.WENDE D.

Your online express pick up nearly didn't let me get the truck. And when something was wrong the online agents wouldn't tell me anything just kicked me out of the pick up process. I wasted an hour trying to figure out how to get the truck I gave up on your crappy service and did everything in person with the location owner he got me the truck I needed in no time. I would never recommend using the online "express" service. When I tried to chat with the agents they wouldn't answer or tell me what was happening for 10 minutes or so. As a customer I have no clue what's happening then the app kicks me out saying I can't be verified and lists three possible reasons... Great so I have to try and fix one or all three of the things not knowing which is the issue?Sean L.

Stay open later than 12:30 Saturday afternoon. I had to do self check in. And hire an employee or two to speed up service. On a previous visit, he took a long time to get me checked out, and then told me he doesn't even want to do UHaul service any more, because it takes him away from his other business and is not profitable.Brian C.

The store owner needs some training on helping customers with the online/mobile ordering process - which, by the way, is exceedingly glitchy. But when neither the customer nor the store owner knows what to do, that causes real problems on what is guaranteed to be an already stressful day for every single customer who finds themselves in need of a U Haul.Nicole B.

I wasn't told that there were miles I can't go over. This is advertised at 39$. My total was 109$. Wasn't bad I can handle that. The previous person left their keys in the car. I was trying to be a good person and drove it to the original dealer. I was charged 300$ for going over miles. That is absolutely unacceptable. Way too much money. I would rather make 50 trips in my car than ever rent one of these trucks again.Casey C.

We did the 24/7 drop off which was fine. What was not okay was that they changed the drop off location from 2 miles away to 25 miles and would do nothing for us. Very rude! We had a hard time with the online pick up. That was frustrating! But when we decided to just have the location take care of us, he said he had his own customers to take care of and did not have time to take care of me. He said it was my doing that made it hard.
