The location was a drop off and easy enough to drop off but no in person support
sherry jTruck was dirty and had prior customers stuff in the truck including a back brace and coins. Older guy who wasRental employee said he just rents them how they are and it's not his problem. Trucks heater barely worked it pulled to the right. The cargo area was not cleaned out having plastics and left over small trash. The interior of the truck had soda spilled on everything from the seat to cup holders and floor. I used the app to pick up however the employee was dissatisfied by this not wanting to allow me to leave with the truck despite having set it up for digital checkout. Likely will not utilize U-Haul in a few weeks when I am moving the remainder of my possessions.
