Could not find the key and made us wait about 20 minutes while they looked. The office was not clearly marked and felt very unsafe. The environment was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I asked for the Grapevine location and was switched to this one the day before because Grapevine did not have any 15' trucks. The truck we rented was barely running. The transmission would get stuck and not switch into a higher gear. I thought it was going to break down on the road even though we were only going 30 miles. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Provider was not present for pick-up or drop off. The provider contacted me by phone and had someone who I assume is a business associate give me the key and send me on my way without any confirmation or proof of contract. A uhaul representative had to reach out to confirm my contract. I returned the truck 2 hours before it was due and had to reach out to uhaul to have my return processed almost a full 24 hours later. When I received my receipt it reflected that I returned the truck with an 1/8 of a tank of gas when I know for a fact it was 1/4 of a tank when I returned it. The experience was extremely unprofessional and I was charged an additional $9.60 for fuel that I shouldn't have been charged for.

MIRANDA CLocation was not open at 9am. Stayed there from 9-9:30 and nobody showed up. Also called the business with no answer.
