No one was at the place to give me the key. Waited over 1 hour. Place was not safe
Camila RThis location was not my first choice. My reservation was switched to this location. It seemed liked they didn't want to help us. Then they added the Safe Move insurance after I had turned it down. He won't give me a credit. Said I had to call someone else. The other person did give me the credit. Not a good experience.
Brad NAutomated pick up is horrendous.
Tim MCould not find the key and made us wait about 20 minutes while they looked. The office was not clearly marked and felt very unsafe. The environment was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I asked for the Grapevine location and was switched to this one the day before because Grapevine did not have any 15' trucks. The truck we rented was barely running. The transmission would get stuck and not switch into a higher gear. I thought it was going to break down on the road even though we were only going 30 miles. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.
