You can improve for the next customer by not having them wait so long and having the truck clean, maintained up-to-date on oil change as well as having the proper amount of gas upon pick up as well as proper documentation of mileage and when you tell a customer that you’re going to charge them a particular thing because you messed up you should do that instead of charging them more But on a positive note, everyone was pretty nice.
