Location was closed on arrival so performed check in on phone And was not able to meet the staff at location. Took inconvenience when dropping off was the drop off box was missing and wasted one hour and a half trying to figure out where to leave the key. Customer service transfer meat elsewhere for help. And the gentleman was able to hello, clearance to leave key in a small black box. The following morning received a phone call from the manager from the santa clarita palmed out area.Asking where I had left the key. I notified it was in the small black box, and he said perfect. The experience was great until the key had to be returned.

You can improve for the next customer by not having them wait so long and having the truck clean, maintained up-to-date on oil change as well as having the proper amount of gas upon pick up as well as proper documentation of mileage and when you tell a customer that you’re going to charge them a particular thing because you messed up you should do that instead of charging them more But on a positive note, everyone was pretty nice.
