The furniture store seemed like a very sketchy area. The UHaul experience at the store that the tow dolly was picked up was excellent. Clean and the guys working there were awesome.

Nothing wrong with the location The truck was fine but after using the app versus renting from a person, I’d much rather work with a person. App is kind of clunky and non intuitive, ended up taking longer than working with a person
