The first truck I rented was out of service and I'm still trying to get the reservation canceled. When I rented the other available truck it had a broken gas gauge and the tank was completely empty. It could not even get 50 feet down the road to the gas station so I had to buy a gas can to fill it up. The folks inside were kind and apologetic but were unable to cancel the first reservation, and the customer support chat has also been unable to cancel it as well. Next time I will be going to a different location for sure.

I arrived and the truck cargo was open and had garbage in it. The tank was completely empty and i could not start the truck. The guy at the dealership gave me a gas can and told me i could walk down to the gas station and fill it up and put gas in the truck to get it started. I paid $25 just for gas to get it started. He offered no help at all. I have used Uhaul often during our moving from vancouver and now back after my wife had just passed here in lynnwood after a long illness. Frankly, this was the worst experience i have had with the company.
DALE KI was not provided the dolly I rented with the truck and I still haven’t gotten my refund for it. I’ve been given the runaround since calling about my refund and still no resolution.
Noreen Sdrivers side door key lock broken, engine very loud, truck shaky when driven, front lights set too high, vehicle very slow to get up to speed, very loud inside when driving, no wiper fluid
Anthony LHe took the key and sent us off. I asked if there was anything for me to do; he said no. If he had gone with us to check the car, I wouldn't have lost 30 minutes.
