Milton GI was charged and extra 21 dollars for miles i didn't have a choice to put on. There was a tornado warning that I had to detour for and since the gas gage was set to 3/8 of a tank when I returned it the gage read 3/8 tank but on 33 gallon tank I was off 3 gallons . So I was charged for that as well. When I tried to return the vehicle no one was around during business hours as well forcing me to leave the keys in a box I even returned the vehicle a day early.
ASHLEY ETruck needed new windshield wiper blades. We drove in the rain for two days having trouble seeing on the passenger side. Also, the windshield leaked and we had to get paper towels to catch the dripping rain.

Thomas TFor some reason, I got an email while I was driving saying to take the auto transport to a completely different location than the one I selected and the one for this review. That other location would result in an additional 40 miles of driving. The email said "Per our conversation" referring to a conversation I never had. I didn't see the email until I had already returned the trailer and was back at my home. This was frustrating. The email was not from Furniture Supercenter. I've always had good experiences with Furniture Supercenter.

Jason NVery helpful and friendly. There was trouble with the U-haul website that day we had to painstakingly work around, but that was no fault of theirs, and we were all happy and thankful in the outcome.

Daniel VWe picked up before hours and used the app to pick up. The app was the only thing we had issues with. it needs alot of work to make it user friendly. The app check out took over 20 minutes of us standing out in the cold( 36 degrees) for U-Haul's costumer service to call our contact person to approval our rental before we could get the key. This is something that need to be done when making the reservation. So the whole process took us 40 minutes out in the 36 degrees, if I would had known it would had taken so long I would had schedules more time and wear warmer clothes. I also feel if you are going to do self check out and check in, U-Haul need to install kiosks that is hardwire to the internet, cell phones don't work to best in all areas. I know my Att service isn't the best in Graham, and it berely let me check it back in.

Mark DWe were charged for insurance when we specifically said no. We were told that there is nothing that could be done about it after the fact. Other than that, things went very well.
Mark YThe only improvement I would suggest is make the online drop off a little easier to understand. I DID watch the informational video. I'm not the savviest with online or mobile tech, but it was a little frustrating to have to restart the process from the beginning each time to try to get the pics taken and loaded. Once I figured it out, it went smoothly. And it was 100% better than driving out of my way to turn it in at a different location! Thank you.

KRISTINA WWhen I arrived was informed that the trailer I reserved was already reserved for someone else. I then was told I could take another but would cost more. The owner was no help, take it or leave it was how it was explained.
Tony TThe initial pickup location had technical difficulties where it was necessary to contact Uhaul and arrange another pickup location where all went more smoothly. The truck aws not clean interior or box but was able to use it for moving after sweeping out the box.

Reservation made a week in advance for a truck and a car hauler for my pick up. Oh sorry! That won’t fit. Even though the website recommended it. Cost me an extra full day of driving and a $500 plane ticket. Uhaul sucks

Jeff STruck engine light on. Shocks were bad. Truck was very bouncy and rough. Very uncomfortable to drive.steering was messed up also. Called COREY at the furniture store where I picked up the truck. You'd him about the light and he said well hope it don't blow up. Just call us of it does. And got off phone. Wasn't a pleasant experience dealing with Corey. Very cold and rude.
