Trouble getting the key. Shop was supposed to be open 9-5pm, but no one was working. Lucky the store owners son was detailing a car in the lot otherwise no one was there to assist me. The lock box code was never sent to me. After talking the helpful son, he called his mother who Told me to call U-Haul. After calling U-Haul and getting the code, the key wasn’t in the pick up lock box. Son called back his mother who then gave him a code to open the “return key” lock box, which had the key. This all took an additional 1/2 hour.
