The employees at both the Marshall Avenue location and at G and F were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, when I booked the reservation, I was told that someone would contact me a day or so before the reservation date with a time and location for pickup. I never got a call- or a text or an email. So, on the day we were to pick up the trailer, I called around 11am to inquire. I was told that we had missed our pick up time, which had been 10am. I asked her to call the location to see if they still had it, which they did, so we dropped everything and rushed over. When we got there, they told us our pick up time was 2pm. He was very kind and let us take the trailer. When we got home and attempted to do the verification with license plate, it showed that they had given us the wrong size. We had to call and work it out on the phone. SO, although everyone was very friendly, it appears that your reservation system has multiple flaws, and that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing, which causes frustration and inconvenience for your customers.

This was a diesel repair shop. The equipment was dirty, trash and debris in the cabin, the bay was not swept. No amenities to choose from and additional equipment was left in the truck which was not ordered. I will never return to this location. Very disappointed. 😞
RICHARD PWhen I picked up my U-Haul trailer , the gentleman and lady was fantastic very friendly and nice. They hooked up my trailer and made sure everything was OK but when I went to drop it off the next day at the same location, there were two guys there they were on the phone standing outside, acting like they had no clue what they were doing or even if they belong there so I got out and told them I’m here to return my trailerThey acted like they was surprised that I’m talking to them. They told me just park it over there in the gate and leave. it they refused to help me take it off of my car the trailer is super heavy and they expected a woman and her young daughter to do it alone we had to figure it out thank God we got it without their help very disappointed in the drop off experience at this location I took pictures of it dropped off in front of the building in the gate just to prove I I dropped it off to them and on time for my own records just in case
