Truck clean but seats very uncomfortable Guy at shop rude When returned truck 18 wheeler parked in front of Dropbox. Which I feel wad a safety factor especially since it was after dark
john PWhen the truck was picked up at this location the check engine light was on. When the attendant was asked about the check engine light, her response was "it's just fine, probably only needs maintenence," our trip was 460 miles to our destination! There was no other truck available at the time. Infact, the location in gladewater Tx. Did not have a 15 ft truck, so UHAUL asked us to get a truck from this Longview Tx location. The truck ran and sounded like it was going to fail during the whole trip. The truck ran very rough and sounded like a tank. Many prayers later and with the Grace of God, we did make it safely to our destination. I would NOT recommend this location at G & J Services inLongview Tx to anyone!
