I would recommend what the 19.95 is for,24 hours or for how long,just that day only?It wasn't clear! other than that it was great experience.

The employee at the rental place was very courteous but the truck was not cleaned adequately. The truck had oil on the floor of the storage compartment, which we had to walk thru to load the truck. That made the ramp slippery. We did not have material handy to clean it up so had to be very cautious moving up and down the ramp. The cab of the truck was clean other than empty ketchup packets under the seats.

Location changed me $145 for cleaning and gas fee. I have pictures of where I left the gas. Dealer told me I was charged the cleaning fee because there was dust in the back. When I called to inquire about the charges, he told me he wasn't responsible he was only a third party.

The technician did not offer any help to help us hook up the trailer even though the reservation stated that there would be someone to hook it up for us we had to do it ourselves and look up a video

GK Tire Shop employees provided us with excellent customer service. They went beyond the expectation to help our move be less stressful and efficient. The equipment was ready, clean, and in excellent working condition. We are very pleased with our experience with GK Tire Shop.

Due to an error at the original location that the reservation was made this was the third UHaul location that actually had a truck, although not a dolly, available. I was told that the 15ft truck would be a free upgrade although the receipt does not reflect that. Improvement: Better communication and following through on your word. $20 is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but details do matter.

They weren’t there at 9:30. The time of our appointment we didn’t get on the road till 10:30 Which put us behind schedule so we had to pay to rent the trailer a second day. It was extremely difficult to get around all of the tires to park the trailer and we were forced to buy a adapter for the trailer lights that we didn’t need the last time we rented a U-Haul trailer of the same size.

This was not the original pick up place for my rental. My original truck was damages and after dealing with uhaul customer service for over an hour and a half, they sent me to GK. The gentleman there was very present and helpful and apologetic for the issues that had nothing to do with him. I would highly recommend renting from this place.

GK Tire Shop is a working mechanics shop, so don't expect a nice clean and tidy U-haul stop. The guys were nice and friendly, though. It was pretty quick to get the truck checked-out.

Not happy that Uhaul sent me there with my motorhome to pickup dolly but the boys there helped me maneuver around there small yard and all was alright!!

Smells like smoking cigars inside the office. It was very dirty. They also asked for two contact info when it should’ve only been one. Must be because I’m a young lady driving it but I drove it perfectly fine.
