I was called and told that if I picked up from north stone U-Haul and dropped off at the north oracle location that I would get a 1/4 gas tank credit. So when I dropped off at North Oracles location I was told that if I dropped off there I would get charged a $250 in town fee. So then I had to drop off the truck at the North Stone location and the place was closed with no real space to park the U-Haul. So I parked as best as I could and dropped the keys off. I am very unhappy because I had to use more gas and use more miles that I am being charged for. I am also very confused because I called before I dropped off at the north Oracle location and spoke to a manager and everything was confirmed that I was good to drop off at North Oracle.

Jerry CUnorganized in general. The attendant at the tore shop was very helpful but didn’t seem like he knew exactly what was going on. The day I picked up it took a while to figure out how to get the key and once I did get the key and access to the uhaul, I noticed that there was a letter lock on the back of the truck and it took a while figuring out the code. Even had to ho back to the shop. The next day, I shoe up to get the tow dolly put on the truck and there’s nobody there to help connect it. The tire shop associate helped me but without him i’m not sure I’d been able to do it. Not necessarily the best service or experience. I can see why someone in a rush and not as patient as me would be very very mad. I was also promised a $50 rebate over the phone for the hassle but have had a hard time getting info on how that’s going to happen. All in all though, the job got done so Thanks for allowing me to use your equipment!
