I did drop off during closed hours. The app was great, but I did have trouble getting the key in the drop box.
DENNIS BI reserved a truck online but had to redo everything when I went to pick up the truck. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing. When I got the truck the gas was empty. Won’t use this location again

MICHAEL RThe staff here don't have good attitudes and were super unorganized. They also didn't help me take the dolly or blankets and other stuff I needed help with to the U-haul, but that might just be a company policy.
LYDIATHYATIRA CUhalu was dirty and only 1/4 tank of gas which was ok for what we needed but for many wound not. We had to find the truck ourselves and they had a big advertisement cardboard in the window we had to remove. Drove like a mac truck.

Juantorrio LUpon entering the truck, there was a stench. I opened the passenger door, and the bottom of the door sill was a dirty diaper exposed along with apple slices inside a Walmart plastic bag. Nasty!

JAVIER IThey didn’t want to give me a print out of my return, they said were closed but yet I walked into the store. Then they said th ey will send me a email, which I never got and then they said I turn in my rental a day late, and I turned it in that same day. This was so unexpected trying to take people money.
MICHELLE EWorst rental experience of my life. The original reservation was for an after hours pickup at 540 W Ave L, Calimesa. Nothing the lady in the office explained related to pickup was true. I arrived and there was no code, no lock, nothing. Spent an hour trying to call their after hours cell for any problems I had and no one picked up. I was left without a truck. Spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service and they moved my after hours reservation to another location over 20 miles away. Pickup the truck at 7:30am, 12 hours after I was supposed to get the truck in the first place. I return the truck the following day at 8:30am - an hour after the return deadline and I'm charged an extra day. Ridiculous, considering the experience I had. I want a refund.

hilary aApp should work for Android. I had to call the help line and use the website. Took 30 minutes to check out the truck. Person at the help line was very helpful/patient. Truck gas light was on (empty) when I picked it up. Both doors had to be slammed to be closed enough for caution light to go off.

JAVAD MDrop off was a problem, regarding the day return was required. Customer service was deficient due to another customer arguing incessantly with the person uncharge. I finally simply left the keys. Location is cluttered and confining. Past service at this location has been acceptable.
Christopher WChecking out the vehicle was a very slow process & other distractions going on in store was taking up the more informed persons time to try and help the training gentleman with us. I wasn’t clear about the fees all attached and spent way more $ than the advertised $19.& mileage advertisement 😞
