This location was very helpful. I booked my uhaul online and turned into a huge mistake. I was supposed to pick up my truck at 7 am. I got a message at 8 pm the day before to pick up at 9:15 am at a different location. I had to reschedule my moving help. Then I went to pick up my truck at 9:15 and the location did not have a single truck onsite. Now I had to go to Colton my movers canceled on me because they had another appointment after me and could not stay. I learned a valuable lesson do not use the website book straight thru the dealer.

There was no location open for business when I dropped off the truck. I did the online check out, and when I put in the ending mileage, I was told I would owe over $23,000! It stated I drove over 50,000 miles (I must have been driving pretty fast considering I picked up the truck Saturday at 8:30 am and returned it before noon on Sunday) This whole experience was extrememly stressful. The vehicle I originally requested was not available at the locate requested, so I had to go to another location, which was not open as early as the previous locale. Then my truck was in poor condition and I had to settle for something else anyway! On top of that - being told my credit card would be charged an astronomical amount for mileage on a truck that I already had to pay higher fuel costs for.... I am very dissatisfied.

Returned truck never used the dolly for moving. I have two couches a bed and mattresses along with couple TVs. Had no need for dolly. When I returned the truck they said the green tie tag was snapped as if I used the dolly. Therefore I got charged for it. But my new house has over 10 speed bumps and I’m sure that’s what got it loose. I am not happy with being charged for something I did not use. I will be disputing this charge!

This place doesn't deserve any stars for their terrible customer service. The manager in this store should not be a manager in running this business. Very rude in handling customer service and does not take responsibility for their mistakes and just passes it to someone else to handle. How do you question a manager who gives you an answer that he doesn't know anything. A manager should be well aware of any given situation when there's only 2-4 people in this store. It seems they do not know how to communicate with each other and give you a lousy answer "I don't know!". My husband yelled at the manager in telling him to apologize to me for being rude and to mean it. If he's the manager of the store, you don't give your customers negative connotations that will escalate to an argument. My husband cursed at him for being rude in how he communicated information to us. Well, you know what...that manager deserved it for being rude and should've been called out on his rudeness. Customers...I would not recommend even stepping foot in this store because you will experience the same rudeness and insult I received from this manager for not taking responsibility and owning up to his mistakes. Instead you will go through these unnecessary headaches of calling your bank, dealing with their unprofessional customer service, and calling the uhaul company because this store gave up helping you and will give you the uhaul number to have them deal with it instead. The manager will also give you an excuse that he doesn't make phone calls for you, threaten that if you don't pay that it will end up at the collection agency after they deliberately run and charge your card several times, cancel the transaction, and redo the whole process over again and wait for few business days for the transactions to clear at the bank only to finally find out that the paid amount was cancelled, refunded because the employee cancelled the transaction and you walk in the store and they tell you they have to do the transaction all over again..and I'm thinking why the hell are they open and running. They need to close down and establish some business and customer service etiquette before they run one. Last, he will also have the cops take care of his business if any customer was rude to his face when he came off rude in the first place. Customers...see all the patterns of how he didn't want to resolve any situation. This store should not conduct any business!!!
