LUCIA TI accidentally left my disability placard in the vehicle side door, and when I went to go, tell them and report it the next day when they were open, it had already been rented out, and I never got it again and obviously it was the people who rented it next But they didn’t return it and it was stolen so now I have to file a police report and to get a replacement and have to hassle with all that stuff. I was told I would get a call back after the person came to return the vehicle and I never got a return call back.
Shawne RThe truck was clean on the inside, however had a broken side view mirror which I did not realize until I left the parking lot and got on the freeway. The location was close to my home. Ease if access.
