You need a product manager to fix your mobile APP UI. There are many issues with the customer journey. It is obvious the APP is not being QA in the field. One easy one, you have the pic for the inside of the back of the truck after the customer has closed the door the order in the APP needs switching. Ultimately you need a journey mapping and better UI.

It was just a drop off location. No employees
EUGENIA LDrop off was easy. Took a minute to find the key drop off but was easy.
Daniel HWe dropped it off after dusk and some shady characters were hanging out in their car in the dark. It wasn't clear where to park or where the drop box for the key was.
Daniel FHorrible exhaust leak (sounded like it would implode any time you accelerated) and the drop off process for the specific location was a mess. 4 other vans were being returned and no one really knew where to go.
Dan WThe main problem with the location is that you can only patronize using the UHaul app. The app is a disaster. After collecting more info about me than the fed gov’t has, they insisted I also give them a reference. Every time I had to leave the app it closed and I had go back to the text link to get back in. Took me almost 1.5 hours between pick up and drop off-including 30 minutes on a useless chat. Bottom line: I’ll carry my stuff on my back before I’d rent using the app again.

Donald HTook us almost 2 hours to get the keys to the truck we rented. Various phone calls and many different codes that didn’t work for the drop box the keys were in. Finally we were able to locate the “manager” and struggled to get us into the box as well. I wouldn’t use this location. It’s just not well managed and nobody on site seems to care or want to bother with the process. Emergencies only for this site.
Jennifer PThe UI in the APP is awful. There are broken UI paths all throughout that the Product Manager and QA staff should easily see. The $25 cleaning fee UI is enough to lose customers. If your losing business its because of the APP. The trucks were in great shape and the keys were easy to retrieve.
Michelle MThe online system wouldn’t allow me to checkout the rental. The keys ended up being inside the store, not in the lockbox. The rep had to call the location and ascertain the problem. Then the online system still wouldn’t let me check the rental in or out. It was a disaster and an unnecessary inconvenience.
JOSHUA CI was charged the incorrect mileage promised as my pickup location was changed the day of and I also did not receive the dolly I ordered
Priscilla WThis location should be avoided at all costs. It's difficult to find, we had to search for the after hours drop off box, and the operator of this location was impossible to reach, even after numerous attempts. Do yourself a favor and do not use this location for any reason.
JIM SJust a poorly maintained gravel lot behind a gas station. Nothing fancy but it was close by and convenient.
timothy sImprove your app, midway through the checkout process the app status changed to dispatch and I didn't even have the key out of the lockbox. I tried the chat function and it/they hung up on me after telling me to go the uhaul.com, which I couldn't get to work either. Eventually I got a phone notification to complete the process and was able to do. Between the app and chat support, what a frustrating and unnecessary experience.

Eric CDon’t change the pickup location 2 days before I move next time. I made the reservation a month in advance for a reason. I don’t think you guys understand what a reservation is.
Michael CMy truck was at the lot but they couldn’t get me the keys to the truck for mobile pickup because it was still in the lockbox from the previous user of the truck. I had to call twice and troubleshoot for 40 minutes. Guy on the line was very helpful and was able to get me going in the truck.

Carensa GI was charged twice! Once on my debit card and once on my charge card in the amount of $108.24! This need to be fixed or I will put in a dispute w my credit card or my bank. $96.79 and $11.45 is being charged on chase credit card and $108.24 is being charged on bank account!
