This was my first time doing a Self Pickup. The U-Haul app kept refusing to upload the pictures and would reset. I went inside the store to ask for help and the attendant was basically clueless about anything related to U-Haul and his accent was so pronounced I literally could not understand him. Recommend relocating your services to a more customer focused store.

Ronaldo HYou need a product manager to fix your mobile APP UI. There are many issues with the customer journey. It is obvious the APP is not being QA in the field. One easy one, you have the pic for the inside of the back of the truck after the customer has closed the door the order in the APP needs switching. Ultimately you need a journey mapping and better UI.
