The pick up process was quite time consuming. The owner/employee was nice but I felt he could have used a little more training on the process to make it more efficient. The system kept looking for different drop off locations than what my reservation had, which made the situation more confusing and time consuming.

Informatic system work badly take a long time for nothing took almost 45 minutes to have the go to leave. The person in charge was very mad for this situation.

HEATHER BMiscommunication between staffs. I called to ask for possibility to pick up the truck after 6:30 pm and a staff member accepted; at the location, the other staff said it was not possible. My time was waited because he had to call the manager and I had to go to additional procedure as if I was coming to steal the equipment. I was even obliged to provide the names and contacts of 2 persons to contact, which is very upsetting since I had never experienced such request with any Uhaul rental office. I spent between 30 to 45 min just re-do the checking. I was charged upfront before the use of the equipment, which also strange, given that I am used to being charged after the use of the equipment. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Julie LThe truck leaked rain water all over our mattresses and couch. The truck was dusty and dirty when we picked it up. Dirt plus rain water resulted in soaked muddy furniture. Not impressed and will be filing a claim after the holiday weekend.
