I ordered 24 moving blankets with the truck rental and I was told he had none. Real bad inconvenience as without some damage occurred. I and doing a second move in two weeks I will use another service.

Melanie LWhen I went to pick up the truck I had to wait for 20minutes because the owner of the store didn't know how to confirmed the reservation when in finally left with the truck and got home there was no moving blanket in the back and the floor was all dirty . When I brought the truck back I had to wait another 20-30min because they tried to make me pay for the missing blanket but there was none and I when I left with the truck the gas was a little before 3/4tank so I fill it to a little before 3/4 but they wanted me to put the 3/4tank so they took money out of my bank account without permission. They're lucky that I have something better to do with my life or I would have called my lawyer
Roy RExtremely professional and courteous personnel. Something hard to find these days. A vehicle manual would help, ex: "Tow/Haul function, MPG, TRIP METER.....functions. Driver side wiper blade came out of the wiper arm as I left our yard. Windshield was dirty inside and out.
