I changed from another location to this one. They are great!
Charles ZI wouldn't recommend this place to a friend because I rented a small trailer for 8 days, and when I went to go drop it back off, they charged me for an extra day when they thought I picked it up a day earlier when that's when I did the reservation. They didn't charge my card until the day I picked it up. Money I won't get back. And somebody from the U-haul company should be working at that little gas station in Alfred where I picked it up cause the guy who works at the gas station wasn't able to answer any of my questions, kept arguing with me about charging my card when it shouldn't have been charged in the first place cause I had the trailer for 8 days, not 9, and told me to contact the U-haul company if I had any problems. They over charged me and that's not right at all, and I'm not very happy about this. I will not be going back.

melanie dMake sure when people rent dollys that they are available with their truck for the day that it was booked . My rental was supposed to come with utility dolly, furniture dolly and appliance dolly but none of them were there when I picked up my truck .
