Confirmation of pick up location was done the night prior and the morning of pick up. Upon arrival, the truck was not available and we had to drive to a secondary location. Poor customer service during the entire process. I have been a faithful customer throughout my years utilizing this company for military moves and this is by far the worst experience I have had.
