U-Haul staff knew I was having a problem due to inaccurate fuel listed and still send me somewhere where there were no U-Haul staff it was a liquor store. This was not clear in the info provided to me. Disappointed and unnecessarily stressful

Paige RI think UHaul is the most expensive option there is and I try not to use. Three times more than Home Depot
sandra aConfirmation of pick up location was done the night prior and the morning of pick up. Upon arrival, the truck was not available and we had to drive to a secondary location. Poor customer service during the entire process. I have been a faithful customer throughout my years utilizing this company for military moves and this is by far the worst experience I have had.
