I did not know about, or overlooked the fact that there was a mileage restriction. Suggest clearly explaining and getting acknowledge of this. It might have been done and I may have overlooked this.

jeff kI had to go pick the truck up 7 miles away from the location that I actually reserved it from and they had never told me that that was going to be a possibility. The thing is I had to pay for an Uber to go seven extra miles and also the truck did not come with a ramp.
nickolas jU-Haul staff knew I was having a problem due to inaccurate fuel listed and still send me somewhere where there were no U-Haul staff it was a liquor store. This was not clear in the info provided to me. Disappointed and unnecessarily stressful
