I am very concerned about the fact that I asked for and reserved a CUBE VAN and was told when I went to pick up the cube van, I was told by the same person who made the reservation that only CARGO VANS were available at that location! I spent over 2 hours waiting on the phone with 3 different U-Haul staff to sort out the mess - too late to make any changes that could accommodate my movers. I ended up using the cargo van, doing 2 trips to get all my stuff and spending extra money on mileage and gas! I would like the extra money spent on mileage and gas to be refunded to me. The cargo van was picked up from location, driven to my former home Avenue in Mississauga to get my stuff, then driven to my new address also in Mississauga (about 10 km apart) to drop my stuff, and that was done 2 times. There was no need as a cube van would have taken everything in 1 trip. I have had several great experiences with U-Haul trucks and service over the years. It really bothers me that the dealer at the Gadget Klinik didn't find it necessary to tell me he didn't have what I needed so I could make other arrangements. He rather put me through unnecessary stress, waste of time and waste of money, just so he could make a "sale", and that is not ok. VAN I RENTED WAS DIRTY IN THE CARGO AREA AS WELL AS THE SEATS WITH DOG OR CAT HAIR. TOLD THE SERVICE GUY, HE SAID THAT'S NORMAL BECAUSE PEOPLE USE THE VEHICLE FOR MOVING.DEVENDRAP M.

doing everything on line closing out contracts opening contracts on line is complicated. not everyone has data they want to waste, I got 2 of the same invoices and did not get my final invoice, starting to become fustrated.JOHN S.
