I had requested the u haul for 27 /04 /2026 from 07:00 am and the person from gadget klinik called me the previous day and told me that he won’t be able to handover the truck to me at the above said time and will be able to give me the key only by 10:00 am and he said to come and collect the keys the previous day and he said the time would be considered only for the next day and I don’t have to worry and I agreed to it and asked my friend to collect the keys and the truck was returned on 27th as mentioned above at 05:45pm . This is not a fair deal.
