JAMES SUhaul originally booked me at the Dorothy Jackson location in Gallatin and they never showed up to the building to work. We have to last minute find another location with a truck large enough. Absolutely unprofessional! Set us back a half a day. Terrible. But the Airport Rd stepped up and got us a truck.

Donald YThe mobile app was a joke! We spent 1.75 hrs upon picking up the truck and another 45 minutes to return it. Extremely frustrating. The two people we delt with on the phone we patient & kind. Also, you are charged a flat fee and per mile...AND you need to replace the gas. Highway robbery. We will NEVER reserve from Uhaul again.

fred lWell I was screwed. My estimated total was 62.64 .I drove 12 miles and got charged for 3 gallons of gas. I was charged a cleaning fee that I was not informed of. The truck was clean. I literally moved boxes from one storage unit to the other. I wasn't informed of the cleaning fee when renting the truck. My refund was 14$ out of $100. Should have been charge no cleaning fee, $40 for truck , $4 and change for gas, and $12 for mileage. Total should have been $56. They basically fucked me. They charged $10 for cleaning, 12 $ for miles, $40 for truck, $14 for 12 miles of gas mileage. Plus taxes Bullshit. My refund was $14.. I do plan to call uhaul and complain as well. The truck was clean. I was the only person in the cab for 12 miles of driving. Not to mention they did not inform me of any cleaning fees. Or that a uhaul truck only gets 12 miles per 3 gallon of gas. A humv gets about 8 to 10 miles to a gallon. A semi get 7 to a gallon. Come on. Please do contact me you have my information with my rental number.

You pay by the first and keep your unit clean...basic. So no worrying while yiou have to finish contracts and move. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with. I will choose them again if I need to store.
