They are great! I don't know of anything that can be improved on. I think everything is well done.

I found out after loading the trailor down that the wrong ball was on the tow vehicle. I not being a pro trailer pulling person did not hook trailer up to my vehicle instead a staff member and a neighbor did it for me. I would think the staff member would have caught it that the ball was the wrong one. When my son dropped the trailor off he was able to remove the trailor without unlocking the latch that should have secured the trailor. Very uncomfortable, stressful and uneasy drive to Alabama with this trailor.
TISHIA TThe lady at the front desk was super nice & made pick up process pretty easy. The inside of truck was clean the outside was a little dirty but didn't bother me any. Would rent here again if need a uhaul truck or van
