EDUARDO RVery friendly and helpful. Smooth check-in and checkout. However... I originally reserved a 5x9 trailer without insurance and they had a smaller motorcycle trailer that was better for me and would save me $10, so I agreed to take that one instead. But when the guy changed my trailer, he sneaked in $8 of insurance. Even though my original reservation had no insurance. Maybe most people take the insurance, but I had reserved it without insurance so I felt like I had one pulled over on me.

JULIO HTrucks were mixed in with regular cars which made it difficult to drop off. The guy was nice and gave good customer service. Except I bought boxes when In placed my order and I guess they are getting shipped which makes no sense because I moved already:)
AMADOR SUpon arrival, the personnel told me there was no space to drop off the equipment. After assuring him that was my delegated drop-off location, he offered to make space by moving trucks. To improve this process for future customers, I would make sure there is even space to drop-off equipment before making the customers to drive there which could be a far distance considering.
RANDY GThe check in and check on mobile is clunky and difficult to manage. As a first time user of the self check in and out, the instructions were not given in advance and in the moment, it took more than 1/2 hour to get my truck once I arrived to pick it up and slightly faster for the drop off. It would be helpful to verify the drivers and the drivers licenses in advance (like car rental places do it) and have all that done instead of having to do it in the moment sitting in your car outside a truck rental place. That is not the locations problem, that is a Uhaul problem. Otherwise my experience was fine.
