Nothing need to improve this location. It is the best rental location I have used.

CARLOS NI'm a bit torn. I love the location but the Uhaul was filthy. There was something splashed on the ceiling & the back was full of mud that ruined a few pieces of my furniture. I have photos of the truck if needed. They could certainly do much better

TENNILLE SG&J is right off a main road and very accessible. Key pickup/drop-off boxes are in obvious location. I rented a 15' truck and it was clean and ran very well. Only improvement would be for the U-haul app to automatically notify user on verification steps that can be done ahead of time before actual pickup (verify identification and license). The verification of pickup location and truck # of course can be done on-site.
Eddison UWhen using the link from the app for directions to the pickup location it sent me over 6 miles in the wrong direction... which was 12 miles and over 20 mins of driving. As a company that charges per mile, I would like to know how I would get reimbursed for my miles and time??
ELLIOT LThe guy at the counter was by far the worst customer service person I have ever experienced at a U-haul location! Using customer service in the same conversation as this person, should not be allowed. He acts as though he hates his job and anyone that comes through the door as well. I am not sure what his issue is, but he refuses to be helpful. On the flip side, the equipment worked well and was just what we needed to transport our vehicle.
SEAN SThe company is good, but the provider, the old guy wants to scam people. He wants to charge people insurance without asking first . He’s rude and definitely not following the company protocol. He always want to charge a huge amount of money upfront and , he said no refund.

RONALD WWhen I returned the truck, the person collecting/parking the trucks didn’t go through a return process with me so I would know if there’s any issues. Later I got an email with extra charges for not the same amount of gas when I returned it how I received it.

Christian AFor this recent experience, I called the travel department and reserved a 15 foot truck for move-in on November 2nd at 10am. When I arrived at the location, the representative rudely informed me that he was "out of trucks," dismissed me, and to come back at 4pm when he had more available. I stepped outside, and decided to redial the "travel" department, where she assured me there was a truck there ready for my reservation. I went back inside and waited for 30 minutes until the representative spoke with the person in the travel department over the phone. After arguing back and forth, he "found" a 10ft truck "sitting in the back of the Uhaul parking lot that he "forgot about." Because I needed to move my belongings out that day, I took the 10ft truck for use. Unfortunately for me, I had to make additional trips to and from my old residence just to successfully move everything out. I brought the truck back the next day at 5pm due to the additional trips. My total costs for the 1.5 day used was over $350. Please be aware that Uhaul may not have trucks available, even if you make your reservation with one of their representatives.

MICHAEL SThe guy there always rude and don’t know how to properly communicate. This my second time utilizing that location and both time he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Upon entering he asked me what do I want not a nice greeting how can I help you nothing what do you want. He then checked me out and forgot to give me the supplies that I order then when trying to remind him he asked me what now then tell me he have to check for it again when he finds it he first answers a phone call before assisting me. The experience overall just like before was terrible poor service at the location very rude and unpleasant.
