The truck was filthy inside and out . I walked back to the shop and asked why the inside was so filthy with what appeared to be mud or concrete splattered throughout a lot of dirt on the seats and dash. He stated it was just power-washed and whatever remains is permanent. I videotaped and asked for something to spray and wipe he gave me an aerosol can with enough contents to spray the air. The ac is problematic and constantly blew hot air as well as spewing built up dirt from the vents so much so that it required me pulling over and rolling down the window trying to clear the air, in this extreme weather caused extreme fatigue. As a first time Uhaul customer in the driver role I am extremely disappointed. There also was a selection for a furniture dolly the square one with wheels thst I selected when booking and he told me they were all taken. He also made racial references about hispanics of which were very hurtful in regards to them parking where they do not belong. Uhaul this was an experience that I will never forget. Sidebar : as a female who mentioned “this is my first time driving a truck “ should have been a good time for him to say “Let me show you the equipments use, Instead, I received “Its over there across the lot facing the fence.” Uhaul how are you going to make this righr?
Michelle SGarbage left from the previous person inside the vehicle. Gas tank only on a quarter tank I thought we were entitled to a full tank at the beginning of a journey. Passenger side door damage from previous drivers barely closed for my passenger.
