Darlene OThe truck we wanted wasn't returned by the previous customer and my husband had to wait 4 hours at this location for the truck to be returned. As a result his journey got delayed and he got to Atlanta from Chicago at 3:00 AM which threw off our entire moving schedule.

maria dThese are friendly people, answering questions I hadn't thought of, related to driving the U-Haul. They work on the trucks here. I want to rent from a U-Haul location that works on the vehicles, not just a dropoff/pick up location. The truck should run well and transport me safely, that's all I want.

JOHN DThis location is also a repair shop, where they correct anything wrong with the rental, so the truck rented from them runs well. NOBODY wants to be broke down on the road - have used them 3 times and will continue to do so. Also, nice people to deal with.

Christian CI’ve rented several times from this location and George the manager is fantastic! He always goes above and beyond to make every experience memorable. I sometimes drive out of my way to come to this location simply because of the amazing customer service and availability.

RICARDO PMake sure George that works at this location doesn't add on any of the offers u don't want. And call U-Haul direct if u need to extend your rental bcuz George will tell u u have to 6pm and customer service will tell u 423pmnvery specific time and also lyk if u come after the return time of 423pm or whatever may b your return time CS makes u aware of past that time u will b charged another day. Where George fails to make u aware of that as well. Me personally don't think U-Haul should b allowing him to rent their trucks

WANDER RThe location opens at 9:00 AM, but George didn’t show up until 10:30 AM. Because of the delay, I had already started calling customer service to arrange another haul since I was running late and being charged by the hour for movers I had already paid for. While I was on the phone with customer service, George had an attitude and said, “I was late, so what, it happens.” When I told him he was being rude and not customer-friendly, he responded with, “Do you want to rent the haul or what?” He then told me I had called the wrong number and said, “Oh no, you should call this number,” even though customer service had already been on the line and heard the entire interaction. Customer service did nothing to address the situation, and George offered no apology or compensation for being an hour and a half late. This was extremely frustrating and costly given that I was paying movers by the hour. I’m very disappointed, especially since this location was convenient and had multiple rental options. Poor customer service and lack of accountability.

ANTHONY PThe agent told me that he would be there at 0830. They normally open at 0900. He finally arrived at 0915. He couldnt find our reservation. Nothing was easy. He didn't know it was a one way rental. He gave me a truck with 1/4 tank of gas.
BRIAN MGreat place. We had a truck that smelled like fish and he gladly exchanged the truck for another one. Would recommend 100%.

BAKTYBEK BI was charged an after hours return charge, but the dealer told me that he was closing early at 12 PM. He never told me of this extra charge. The truck was torn up as well. One example was that there was no handle on the window. I could go on. Never again. How can I pursue a return of my $20? I was not told that it would be charged return time was 3 pm. He closed at 12. The truck was returned before 3.
TODD SI had a first class experience with a U-Haul Truck rental at this location. The agent was efficient and thorough and offered friendly service. The equipment operated as it should and was clean. I had minimal wait time and accomplished all my goals in an expedient manner. This location earned a top review and will see my business at any time I have need. Thanks for a top quality experience!
