I think it would be fare to reimburse the customer for returning a vehicle with more fuel in it then when they received it. You want to charge $4.50 a gallon if it's less, so you should take money off their bill if it's over. Other than that, a great and easy experienceJoseph I.

Without going into details I had better one on one communications with friendlier expectations with similar transactions else where. The woman who was in training was very sincere and nice. I need to make another trip back to Pa for another big move from storage but I am hesitance to do business there again. The Alcoa location was very friendly. Sorry for my star two rating but even my son-in-law commented about how things went as soon as we walked out the door. Truck was like new and ran great!KENNETH D.

A few hours after I picked up my truck it started raining and I found out the wiper blades were shot. The right one had two pieces of the rubber about 5-6 inches long hanging of of them .Robert U.

The explanation of the manual process of check in and out needs to be explained more thoroughly, especially if there is no one to assist in the process. The truck was filthy inside when I picked it up. Just dirt and grime and sticky stiff all over the floor and in cup holders.Cassandra D.

The truck was dirty on the floor mats like dirt was tracked in and the stearing wheel was tacky or dirty other wise the truck performed well we never had an issue before and always use uhaul .Raymond A.

Have an hourly rate for local hauling. I was charged for a full day although I only used the truck for a couple of hours. Took almost as long to fill out the forms to rent and return the truck as I actually used it.John S.

The truck had major issues while driving and thought the truck was going to break down. The app was horrible to obtain my picture was on phone with uhaul for over an hour and was transferred 6 times. AEdward R.

Being able to check the truck in through my phone was great. Having to use my phone pick the truck up, not so much. It took a long time for my license pics to upload through your site and to the computer of the storage place. I had a tight timeline and it was frustrating to have to wait for something to upload when I could have just handed it across the counter.Nicholas P.

First location did not have truck set up so no equipment was assigned. Had to change location to one 9 miles away. Truck there was ready but lost an hour and a half. Customer service helped but first location should have been better prepared. Couldn't call first location as voicemail said unavailable until the 8thDaniel C.

Office people not to knowledgeable, quote me $.79 on phone with my reservation then $.99 when I pick up the truck. When I went to settle up my bill at 9:45 am the office was locked supposed to be open at 9 am someone was inside but had to call office anyway when I complained I was in a hurry she was annoyed because she didn't check my truck out yet said she got there at 9 and didn't have enough time to get to check out the truck like that was my fault.Jay L.

Clerk was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this rental facility. Computer site can be confusing. She tried to reserve a truck for us in Reading (19605) but the wrong location was reserved, since the website said Morgantown Road was the closest location. When I got home to check where it was, I had to cancel and change the location. I had tried to reserve myself on-line, but the computer would not let me get to the next screen to finalize the rental.Jeannette K.

The staff was very helpful but they didn't know the rental process very well. They were unfamiliar with the U-haul software. We couldn't rent the size truck we wanted. While they did give us an upgrade at the same price as the smaller truck, we had to pay more in gas to use the larger truck. They had a very limited number of blankets available. There were only 6. One front tire on the truck was very worn. As we were driving almost 1000 miles, we had to keep a close eye on it. Thankfully, nothing happened. We would recommend this place for short distance rentals. For a long trip another facility might serve one better.David R.

stress what you mean when you say 24 hour access. We tried to pick up the truck before 6 am and thought the gate was faulty and paniced\ We did get in at 6 09 and found out the next day, no access thru the gate before 6 am unless you opted for 24 hour access. yikes what a scare that was. could not get anyone to answer the phone , came back home, and thankfully went back at 6 05 to try it once more and it worked.Ann S.
