The location was closed on the Sunday afternoon I dropped the truck off but I had spoken with attendant (Linda) the day before in order to obtain some guidance. Linda was helpful and reassuring on the phone. Thus, I never entered the building nor saw any personnel. The parking lot, though, was clean and orderly. Other trucks were already parked at the site. I tried to follow the drop-off protocol Linda provided and had no trouble at all.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkU-haul location is fine. U-haul billed me for two days instead of one. Had to call U-haul customer service to get it straightened out. This was not the fault of this location.
Thomas SI am not tech savvy and felt my way through the return process with photos to verify mileage, condition of vehicle and fuel status. Since I received a receipt already for the rental with mileage et al I assume all went well. The truck was clean on pick up, it functioned without any problems and did the job I wanted to do.

Tom LThe driver side window handle knob came off. Not sure how that would be fixed. It's easy to put back on though.
