Au moment de la prise de possession, il n’y avait pas de pneu de spare en cas de creuvaison à l’intérieur du trailer et il n’y avait pas non plus de jack pour être en mesure de lever la pole du trailer pour l’embarquer sur la boule du pickup. La personne m’ayant louer le trailer n’était pas rejoignable. Vraiment déçu.

Heureusement que Dany de chez Dany Mécanic était là. Vous devriez prendre des cours de service à la clientèle de lui. U-Haul a le pire service à la clientèle. C'est du jamais vu. Aux limites de l'arnaque. Nous avons dû renoncer à la remorque de 12 pi. pour une de 8 pieds. En plus d'avoir à faire 4hres de route pour aller la chercher quand on nous avait promis 2 mois avant que la réservation était confirmée. Vraiment pourri à l'os.

Our truck was not reserved as we paid for in april (8am) but was moved to 2 pm instead. We are being charged extra miles when we picked unlimited km
