The helpfullness of the personnel was only to answer the phone since the return location garage was already closed on a Saturday before 12:00 noon, which added an extra $20.00 to my invoice.
Michel TThere was no communication in advance of what I would be charged, or what the possible charges would be, after I had called in to ask about renting the 15' truck to use on a Saturday afternoon. He had quoted me on the phone $30 for the day and $1.10/kilometer. The day of, he sent me an invoice for $1.19/km, charged me for using the truck for 2 days, charged me an overtime fee because he closes on Saturdays at 12pm. This could have easily been communicated in advance, that it's not actually $30 for the day, if I return it within the 24-hour period once rented, and you charge me $20 extra for brining it back when your office is closed. Nor does it explain why you charged me for a 2-day rental. In addition, when I called to inquire he said there is nothing he can do and couldn't even explain it to me, or didn't want to take the time to explain how the charges were incurred and why he didn't communicate that in advance when I booked, or why he quoted me $1.10/km, which he agreed to on the phone again when I called to inquire, even though my invoice said $1.19. Don't waste your money with a business that isn't clear on what you'll be charged.
Kaylee AYour website booking. Make it very clear that the location you chose, is not where it's booked. I guess the location I chose, did not have what I wanted and it seems like it picked the next nearest location.

Natasha LAfter the confirmed reservation, I had a pick up change of location, no heavy duty dolly, very weak cellular signal of this remote site to do the mobile pick up, and the person at the confimed drop off location didn’t even know about my reservation. The rent truck was very much ok but the remaining of the rental process was a total failure, unfortunately.
