Nice customer service just needs to clean out the inside of the vehicle.
Charles B.I hate to give bad reviews but feel compelled in this case. Putting aside the pick-up time confusion that happened first, this vehicle should not be on the road. It was filthy inside the cab and the check engine light was on. The 'Tow' option was stuck in the on position and wouldn't turn off. Of course it was a rainy day so that made things dangerous with Tow unable to turn off. The steering and the brakes were awful and a serious danger. As I'm walking out to get the truck the man informs me, "oh by the way, there is no dolly in there." Although I had reserved this and really did need it, I'm told after the fact. Just an awful experience from start to finish but the vehicle being a serious hazard prompted this awful review.

Trevor R.Truck should be retired. Passenger door wouldn't close causing a lot of wind noise. Given the jolting ride, I'm surprised my fillings didn't fall out. It took forever to shift into high gear. Otherwise, lovely.
William C.The check engine light was on, the headlights kept flashing when driving and the right turn signal did not work when the night lights were turned on. The truck had 150,000 miles on it and the electronics in the truck need some sort of maintenance. I spoke to the UHaul owner before and after I took the truck on my way.

MISSY K.Train your employees. There was a lot of confusion because they had the date wrong, even though my confirmation had the right date. Your rep couldn't give me information about tolls. I never got final invoice. They were friendly enough but completely untrained and inefficient.
kerry C.Do better. Was overcharged, was assigned coverage when coverage was declined. Submitted a statement on the website that didn't work and just got charged for nearly $100 for no reason.

Vince M.My original reservation was in Kingston - which is 6 miles from me. The day before i received a call from UHaul that i needed to go to Poughkeepsie - which is 25 miles from me and tolls. I don't understand why the car dolly could not be brought to Kingston for me considering the extreme inconvenience it caused me due to no fault of my own and the short notice.

Ed B.Truck was below empty when picked it up, clerk was rude and took 40 minutes to process it( was staring at women the while time and making comments about them) they charged me for property insurance when I said I didn't want it, they charged me for Gass even through it was empty when I got it, they charged me for 2 days when I only had the truck for 4 hours.... worst experience with uhaul, all the reviews on this location state the same issues ....these guys are frauds. Close this location down !
Brandon M.I said NO to recommend cause of UHAUL not the location. Uhaul people tell something and don't do it. The supervisor should have put it in the notes. I will not use uhaul again. I had a hard time with Uhaul Oct 2018 and I'm having a hard time again. Not no more. I will use Penske next time and tell all my friends and family.
