There was no handtruck like I ordered and paid for. I extended my truck rental but then on the second day I was charged twice as much for not going any miles and I returned it eight hours before it needed to be returned. Very disappointing

I was confused about the billing. When I initially reserved the truck online, I paid for the rental (29.95) and the insurance (15). So, on the day of the move I imagined that I'd just be charged for the mileage plus tax. Instead, I received a receipt for estimated costs and then later in the day another receipt for the actual cost, which included the rental fee and the insurance. I wondered, am I being charged twice? I thought that I already paid for these! Anyway, I don't see any pending charges but the one (2nd one on moving day), so I guess we're good? More transparency or explanation upfront about how the charging will work.
JAMES DThe gas tank was less than full and the back of the truck had a lot of garbage (leaves, french fries, dirt) wasn’t cleaned after last use. The truck also smelled of cigarette smoke and had a tire pressure warning.
