The inside of the cab was littered with misc. stuff from previous user and sticky cup holders. When I returned it, I had to insist that they close me out so I could be certain we agree on what I was expecting. They wanted me to leave and they would send me an e-mail. (no other customers in the store. Just another worker petting a cat.) Finally they gave in to me. Nothing was ever printed, I had to look at her cell phone for the balance. There was an extra $19.95 rental fee charge that I had not been told about when I originally asked for the cost. That doubled the rate from the advertised $19.95 to $19.95 + $19.95= $39.90. No information was conveyed to me at pickup about anything. They just took my license and credit card which they returned with a set of keys. When all was done, I got home and I found 3 e-mails with contract and receipt. I never had to sign or read over anything. BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART! I should've walked out at my first instinct. I will never return or recommend.

CYNTHIA WI had to pay $123.12 to use the uhaul, for 2 hours. it was less than 20 miles round trip. but the idiots at the store said "i had to out down a 100 mile deposit" said when I returned the uhaul id get it back. it's been 4 days and still hasn't been returned. unprofessional streetshitting scammers,
DAVID MGas wasn’t full when I got it and informed them. I return with the same amount of gas I received when drop off. But still they charged me for the gas.
