Dashon HThere are many locations listed for U-Haul, but not all have vehicles. Twice I have reserved at a close location, and been sent to other locations for pickup.

TAMIKA BWiper fluid was low, that was only concerns i noticed. Overall experience was excellent. Will definitely go there is needed
LESSLIE SWe ordered a dolly and when we got there we were told that they did not have the dolly. That really affected our move
BRYCE GIt took us almost 2 hours to pick up our U-Haul truck. We had a hard time going on line to figure out how to get the key out of the lockbox. We were absolutely so upset. We got a girl on the phone named Marjorie and she was wonderful. She never gave up trying to help us get the code to open the box with the key in it. Sometimes our phone said lock then we used another cell phone we had with us and that locked. It was so frustrating. Marjorie once again never gave up and tried everything she could to help us. She was kind and sweet and we really appreciate her doing such a great job helping us. I am so glad I got this survey because I would love for her to get some kind of recognition for all of her help. We ended up even laughing a few times together. Please recognize her for working with us for so long. I thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!
Debbie LI used the app, which made it very convenient for me. Very convenient location. Nicely organized. Since I used the app, I don't have any comments on personnel but I can say I received calls with information and the people who called me were very nice and helpful.
Favio EThe car hauler trailer was terrible to tow and would start hopping and shaking my truck at 50mph. This is not safe given I needed to drive on a major highway where the avg speed is 70mph.
CRAIG MI understand that the type of vehicle isn’t guaranteed but it’s confusing when you’re looking for the right truck. If it’s a ford in the picture and you’re really taking a Chevy, might be a good idea to add some language about that to help find the van.

Robert SThe check engine light was on, breaks were thumping, none of the equipment I ordered was in the truck. I had a 2 hour drive with an unreliable truck, extremely unsafe.

Mario PScheduled pick up for 8am, both verbally, via phone, and in writing via the online form, but upon arrival found the business didn’t open till 10 am. Myself and three other customers arrived at 8 to find the place closed and no assistance. Later on, after taking delivery, my contract was changed to a different drop-off location and higher fees. Thankfully the corporate phone assistant was able to rectify those issues.

Good thing the office was open prior to its usual office hours that day, but the delay still resulted in me being late to meet my movers.

Gelenie Flocks are difficult to physically open once proper code was provided. lock should have easily slid open with lever but we spent quite a while trying to shimmy the lock open.

Dequan EI had to go out of my way on a day that was already chaotic because someone left a key to another truck in our glove box. They said I would be compensated for this and instead of being compensated they tried to take MORE money from me. I’ll never use U-Haul again I won’t be recommending it to ANYONE and I’ll be contacting the bbb

Called multiple times to ensure I was coming, stayed open late and drove back to help me with a problem with the lock that wasn’t a problem but my oversight. The lady here was very friendly and understanding, some other locations I’ve dealt with were good but this location exceptional!!!
Gary GTook some looking around to find the office. Once found, the staff was super, and the truck was exactly what we needed (and expected). My biggest issue is not with the dealer but with U-Haul - most of your emails (including the request for this feedback) went to spam, so I never saw my contract until days later. The stuff sent by text was fine.
