How U-Haul Reviews WorkDirty empty pizza box found inside the trailer after rental. More importantly, the right tire was in need of immediate replacement. When we delivered the trailer in Portsmouth the representative from UHaul immediately called his manager to report the situation with the tire. It could have easily blown out on the highway.

Gary GGave us the wrong size truck on Sunday and blatantly lying on Monday when calling saying there were 2 keys in the lockbox. If there were two keys then we would've taken the truck we booked. Terrible customer service and no ownership of their own mistake.
