Not specific to this location, but it wasn’t the location we chose, and then U-Haul changed it to this location, and it was not at all convenient for us. Well out of the way. If it says a truck is available on the site you choose, then that should be where you get it. Again, not a criticism of this location, but of U-Haul in general.
