Super nice people! The hostess was 100%, patient & helpful. The 10’ truck was another thing. Clean enough , but not really clean”. The truck windshield was dirty. The interior needed a wet rag over the dash & the floor needed sprayed out at the car wash. The trip to the 11 mile destination was uneventful. On the way back the engine started overheating. It nearly stalled at a red light. Vehicle started shimming & scared me to death considering i was alone. I had to go without the AC to try to make it to the facility. I made it to the facility by 4:10, but by the time I finished exit questions & started pics I couldn’t get the lock to open to get the interior pic. I guess bc it was a few min after 4:15 by that time. ? Luckily, I took one after the unloading at the storage facility if you need that one. If they get this truck fixed this will be a great location.

jeffrey YNot specific to this location, but it wasn’t the location we chose, and then U-Haul changed it to this location, and it was not at all convenient for us. Well out of the way. If it says a truck is available on the site you choose, then that should be where you get it. Again, not a criticism of this location, but of U-Haul in general.
