They didn't set up mobile pick up even though they let me reserve a truck for mobile pick up. They never indicated that mobile pickup wasn't possible. Their and U-Hauls incompetence cost 4 hours ofy moving day.
Jonas Kthe rear trailer door wouldn’t open all the way and was hard to move as far as it would move. It was clean and the staff were great. Other than the hooks on the floor there was no way to secure the load. Hooks higher up are needed inside the trailer to secure taller items.
JOEL MI can't say yes to recommend but I can't say no. Reason is probably not locations fault but we originally ordered a 15' truck and were told the only thing available was a 26' truck. Now yes we only paid for a 15' but the gas for a larger truck is much higher. I am not sure if it location that said what was available or u haul itself but not happy that there was a 15' truck there and we couldn't take it. and I booked 2 weeks ahead of time

PHILLIP HWas double charged but then given the credit back but we were moving 3 provinces and we had are budget set and it has been since Thursday and we are still waiting for our credit card reversed charges U-Haul had no right to double charge us and put us that we couldn't eat very much for the 2 day drive as the money we had left paid for gas never again will we use U-Haul

Pamela PWhile my drop off location was wonderful in every way, the above checking in of the u-box issue led to this location having no idea that the u-box was coming and thus could not check it in. The clerk helped deliver it by contacting the location that does the u-box distribution in Nova Scotia, as she tried to phone the central dispatch and was on hold for 25 minutes. The clerk at the u-box location said he would come to pick up the u-box. Five days later I was contacted by the head office distribution centre and asked if I had delivered the trailer. Then there was some confusion for the clerk at the u-box location in Nova Scotia because he then phoned me a few hours later and asked if there was an issue with the u-box trailer. I think they got it all sorted out.

Tony MLocation was closed so we used app. However, had extreme difficulty with the app as it would not allow us to complete the registration. Finally we had to call 1(888) for assistance in completing registration and getting truck.
Stewart DBeing given the larger truck was an unexpected blessing since it made passenger side entrance extremely easy for this almost 80 year old passenger with mobility issues. The staff treated us wonderfully and made picking up the truck much easier than we thought it would be. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone planning a move.
Eugenie WFire the women that works there and the owner they have no respect for customer service I called uhaul customer service all my notes are in the computer with them I have never been so disrespected then with the people that work at this place that women told my son when the truck was brought back that she would never put up with the grucheness of your mother I feel bad for you wow what a thing to say to my son I have nothing wrong with uhaul but I do have a problem garden's everything auto I am waiting for a call back from marketing company president Devin thank you

GERALD MEnsure all trucks are clean inside and up to inspection standards, the driver side mirror was broke and not able to use correctly backing up word lock to access key was to hard to open i had to get assistance from owner of the garage on location
