Drop off was a Gas Station with no working gas pumps. I planned on gassing up the truck and could not. Tried to find other gas station which made me 20 min late. The counter person also was slow and made go to truck and take photos of gas guage. This also meds me late . Changed for extra day and 7 gallons of gas . I am appealing this and will never use U-Haul again.

The person doing the reservation for pickup didn't know what to do. Needed a one way but couldn't even confirm because the person didn't know what he was doing.
