The attendant at the gas station did not know what he was doing at all. He gave me his phone and had me talk to someone else. The place was in a good location and the truck was in great shape.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was supposed to get a 10 ft truck and they apparently rented out the wrong truck to someone the day before and I got a 15 ft truck which was not what I needed especially with fuel prices what they are currently..Was also counting on using the app to check it out early and was not allowed so had to wait until the store opened…
Kreg LThey didnt even check it back in properly so I could make sure it was documented properly so I got accused of not returning and could have returned it in any condition and it ran like cramp the whole ride but I had to suffer through
Anna RDrop off was a Gas Station with no working gas pumps. I planned on gassing up the truck and could not. Tried to find other gas station which made me 20 min late. The counter person also was slow and made go to truck and take photos of gas guage. This also meds me late . Changed for extra day and 7 gallons of gas . I am appealing this and will never use U-Haul again.
