Make it easier to obtain the vehicle. The pick-up process was terrible. Took me nearly an hour to get the vehicle. It was confusing and fustrating. Will not do it again.

The engine light and back cargo light was light up on the dashboard. There was very little gas to start with. The truck was dirty, I had to sweep out the rear cargo area inorder to use it . The overall maintenance of this vehicle is poor. I was very concerned about getting to my destination and returning.

DANIEL FI was charged a refil of 3 gallons on return although the tank indicated 1/4 full which is what it was when I picked it up.
John GThe lady that helped me on the phone was kind and very understanding so by no means is this review a reflection on her. We arrived late for pick up because uhaul never sent me the confirmation of where I was to pick up. The lady was accommodating since the worker was on a 2.5-3 hour lunch break and was not there to hook up the uhaul trailer and finish the check out process. My husband helped the guy that she called to assist to hook up the trailer. The trailer light cord was not working well, he never checked the lights. the trailer was completely dirty, with rotten food inside the trailer and the worker hooked the trailer up incorrect since we had to bring it to another uhaul place for a trade because the trailer was in such bad condition. He even took a picture of him hooking it up and it was completely wrong and not hooked up safely. Also the hand truck that was given to us was broken but still functioning. Just an overall bad experience if not the worst experience.

Eric WI told the person making my reservation where I was going and they didn't give me enough miles to make it. I literally didn't go or stop anywhere besides a gas station (right off the highway and a hotel for the night). Straight trash on the reservation and the milage. Would not recommend!
seth gI took the time and effort to confirm the blankets and Dollie’s would be on the truck the night before, and discovered they were not. I was assured by the man there, who was as nice as he could be, the Dollie’s and blankets would be on the truck. When I picked up the truck the next morning, (after hours as planned) none of the items were included. Offering to send me to another location in rush hour traffic while I have people waiting at $280 per hour, to pick up items that should have been on the truck is not acceptable. When I brought the truck back, there was no designated area to park the truck, and the company’s driveway was tho only location. I was pretty much exhausted by that point with the move (all by hand and no dollies). After I parked and got out, a lady came out with a negative attitude and stated she would move her vehicle and I would have to get back in the truck and re-park it. I declined. Terrible experience overall.

ENRIQUE PWell my initial location couldn't rent me tye truck because there was no keys to the business and did not handle there business appropriately. Then I was sent to this secondary location and while everything was flawless there. It really put me behind alot and increased my mileage by 5 to 6 miles with no considerations from uhaul for my inconvenience or time!

Chevelle MThe mobile pickup process was a nightmare. We didn’t get our truck until almost 11:00 and it was scheduled for a 9:00 pickup. Another couple tried to drop their truck off using the mobile drop off process. They finally gave up trying and left the truck there. Someone was there during drop off for us and they were very pleasant and helpful. I would not recommend mobile pickup or drop off

Derek RNever again will I use this service at this location. The mobile pick up wasn't available, I had to come back later to get the keys and they are still trying to charge me for days and equipment not used. Probably the oldest 10' uhaul I've ever been in.
Pierre BEverything was a rush. It was difficult registering for the trailer. I didn’t get the service I need. I paid for two days. But I only got one day. I need to drive out of town. But I had to return it 30 miles away. I over paid. I was told when I get to the next location they will make all the necessary adjustments. But because I did not drop it off in the location it was specified which was 30 miles away, I was charged extra for it. A terrible experience

RANDALL FMy whole experience up until I picked up the truck was horrific. The original location that I had a reservation with told me I only had a 12 hour reservation even though I had an email confirmation saying 24 hours. They refused to give me a truck when I showed up. I called the 800 number and they cancelled me order, so I had to take the only available truck at that point which was 40 minutes away from my house. On top of that, uhaul actually charged me mileage even though it was their mess up that resulted in me having to drive 40 minutes away to get a truck. I will never use uhaul again and will tell all of my family and friends to never use them as well.
Randy BThe employees need basic instruction on checking in customers and using their online system. I was given the wrong vehicle (a larger truck with a fuel economy that destroyed my budget), no appliance dolly (which I really needed), check in was sloppy and took far too long because the representative had no idea how to use the system, the vehicle had snotty (I hope it was snot) paper towels all over the cab and the truck smelled terrible, there was much less gas than what was logged, the truck itself leaked in a rainstorm causing damage to my belongings, when I was given the truck it had scrapes and scuffs that were not initially pictured (I corrected the photos and took more upon dropping it off) Overall a terrible experience that will certainly have me looking at other options for my next move and suggesting the same to my peers, customers, and friends.
