The bed of the 15’ truck had roaches inside! I would never rent from them again nor recommend
Danielle wThe truck wasnt clean at pick up no one was there to relay the information too. I ordered a dolly there wasnt one in the truck. The truck needs an alignment, for a 8 hour trip it took me 12 hours bc the truck kept shifting to the left and I wasn’t able to drive over 65, it was a very scrary experience and I’m still shooting up I was unable to drive my personal vehicle because I am afraid the vehicle will shake and shift, had flashbacks when I was driving to the store today

MICHAEL ATrying to charge me 200 bucks for a tow ticket cuz they don’t have any space available in that small ass parking lot … I did the best I could do …. Took pictures to prove what I’m saying to contacted u haul before i left and was told it was ok to park it …. Fuck gas boys
